Mina’s ancestry is quite prominent throughout Hoenn’s history, which is where she gets her somewhat peculiar mannerisms from. The fourth and final member of the Elite Four, Mina specializes in Dragon-Type Pokemon. Despite her appearance she is actually quite nice and enjoys what she does.
The first member of the Elite Four and master Dark-Type Trainer, Sadie is a force to be reckoned with. Whether she herself is in fact Human, is another question altogether. She(?) is a very caring and her Humanity is never questioned. Leolani Is about as mysterious as one can get. Seeing as Sootopolis can only be reached by navigating the Big Blue, it stands to reason that Leolani’s Gym specializes in Water-Type Pokemon. However, she never lets her age get the best of her in battle! Rumor has it she’s a bit of a Sadist, but nonetheless she is respected throughout the town
Despite her appearance, she is apparently rather old. Joule, the current Gym Leader of Mauville, is an Electric-Type trainer.
